Het is belangrijk om vanuit verschillende invalshoeken te kunnen werken aan herstel, wanneer jouw situatie daar om vraagt. Stressklachten kunnen van tijdelijke aard zijn, maar bij een burn-out is er doorgaans al een lange periode van stress\/roofbouw aan vooraf gegaan, waardoor duurzaam herstel niet alleen meer tijd kost, maar ook vraagt om een verandering in gedrag en\/of leefstijl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Saira;\">Samen kijken we met een open blik naar mogelijke oorzaken, en wat jouw specifieke behoefte is om duurzaam te kunnen herstellen.
