De invulling en positionering van deze rol, de draagkracht vanuit de organisatie, de zichtbaarheid van zowel de vertrouwenspersoon als de waarde die vanuit de organisatie wordt toegekend aan &#8216;veiligheid op de werkvloer&#8217;
