Wanneer er in het werk steeds vaker andere competenties worden gevraagd, is het logisch dat niet iedereen even snel mee kan veranderen. alles wat besproken wordt, blijft binnen de groep;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Saira;\">Bij aanvang van iedere intervisiebijeenkomst wordt met de groep teruggekeken op de probleemstellingen van de vorige keer; wat heeft de intervisie de probleem-inbrenger gebracht en wat heeft hij\/zij ermee gedaan (reflectie)?;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Saira;\">Een nieuwe afspraak wordt gezamenlijk gemaakt en afmeldingen dienen zo vroeg mogelijk doorgegeven te worden;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Saira;\">De intervisie gaat door bij minimaal 3 deelnemers;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Saira;\">Allen zijn verantwoordelijk voor het inbrengen van een probleemstelling. Bij aanvang van de intervisiebijeenkomst worden kort de ingebrachte probleemstellingen ge\u00efnventariseerd. Wat mij hierin opvalt, is dat openheid geven over belemmeringen of andere moeilijke vraagstukken doorgaans een verbindend effect heeft in een groep.
