Hierin lag de focus op de persoonlijke effectiviteit van alle teamleden en het team als geheel, door een duurzame aanpak middels een combinatie van twee programma\u2019s, te weten \u2018Van Druk naar Geluk\u2019 en \u2018De Kunst van Kaizen\u2019.
